The DICE Approach™ Website Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs your use of The DICE Approach™ software application (“Application”) created by The University of Michigan. The
Application includes articles and interactive video training content to learn more about DICE and how to apply it.
What information does the website obtain and how is it used?
Other than the information provided during the subscription/registration process for the website, it does not collect any additional information from the user during or after website use/access. For customer assistance, the website will maintain a list of users subscribed based on information collected during the registration process. That information is not shared.
User Provided Information – The website obtains the information you provide when you download and register. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the website unless you register with us. Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the website. When you register with us and use the website, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for registration to and use of the website. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the website and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the website, please contact us at diceapproach@umich.edu and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the website to function properly, and we may be required to retain certain information by law.
Children
We do not use the website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at
